We are all infants
inside each one of us a babe lies
curled in fetal position
innocent and pure
Negativity is derived from pain
the result of hurts Repeated or singular
we all want to be good
some forget what its like to feel light
innocent and pure
as a child is
Forgiveness and understanding
what I strive for
I promise that from this moment on
I renounce this negativity
it is unnecessary and unneeded
I will not feel proud of myself
if I remain blind at times
to the pain everyone feels here
